Copacabana

As mentioned, Erin, Scott, Mike and I went to the Poconos last weekend to get some much-needed rest while the Gators did the same... we don't even play the game and we had to take a weekend off. So after a few weeks of searching, we found an unbelievable cabin in the wilderness... lovingly dubbed "The Copacabana."

It was exactly what we wanted: spacious, clean, cozy... and it had a hot tub. We had a wonderful time hiking and creek-trekking during the day and having a dance party/cheese eating fiesta at night... Not only was the weather gorgeous and the scenery breathtaking, the company was undeniably perfect.

It's not often you get a group together that is content to be silly or outdoorsy or comatose... but we were quite the team. And I've never seen Erin so jovial on her birthday - this could be the beginning of a Copacabana tradition!
