I'll Be Home For Christmas

FORT LAUDERDALE  - There's good news and there's bad news. The good news: I was at a photo shoot in The Bahamas for the past five days, so I avoided yucky NYC snowstorms and 13-degree windchill. The bad news: I'm a hot mess. My flight is delayed in FLL for at least four hours and I'm completely wiped out from the shoot... and subsequent late night carousing with the models, photographers, stylists, editors and locals.

If all goes according to plan, I'll get to NYC at 7 tonight, change into a cocktail dress and go to a party, switch out my suitcase contents and finally fly BACK to Florida tomorrow afternoon. You read that right: I'm spending all day fighting to get from Florida to New York so I can spend all day tomorrow fighting to get from New York back to Florida. Oy vey is the only thing I can say.

I'm just about to lay down and sleep on the floor so I can attempt to recharge what's left of my brain cells, but I wanted to update you all on my whereabouts and to FINALLY share my kitesurfing pictures from late October. It's only appropriate I share them now since I am just returning from the same island... beautiful Exuma!

About the camera...Yeah it probably has SALT or SAND in it, seeing how that's where you are all the time. What a life!
